RootMax is a mycorrhizal inoculant containing viable spores of Rhizophagus intraradices formulated as a dry powder.  The date printed on the pack is the point until which we guarantee the full viability level declared on the label, assuming proper storage in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight. After this date, the product does not suddenly “go bad” or become unsafe – it can still be applied normally to soil or substrate, but we can no longer guarantee the same spore viability percentage as when it was supplied. There is no need for special disposal; RootMax can be safely added to beds, pots, or fields as you would with any standard application. Once applied and colonization is established, the mycorrhizal fungus persists in the soil as hyphae, spores, and colonized root fragments, supporting re‑colonization of subsequent crops and contributing to long‑term soil biological activity and structure.

Mycorrhizal performance depends on correct application, crop type, and basic compatibility (e.g., avoiding systemic soil fungicides and very high phosphorus at planting, and not using on Brassicas).  In case of complaints, we offer troubleshooting support to review crop, timing, and usage, and you can position a clear support pathway: first check instructions and application, then escalate to our technical team with crop and batch details.

RootMax is supplied in sealed, airtight packaging designed to protect spore viability during transport and storage. If you encounter obvious physical damage or compromised packaging on opening, we recommend documenting the issue (photos, batch/lot number) and contacting us or your distributor promptly so we can arrange replacement according to our quality policy.

Each pack is clearly labeled with product name, net weight (200 g, 500 g, 1 kg), usage information, and batch/expiry details. If an incorrect SKU is delivered, your internal returns process can be backed by our commitment to correct picking and shipping errors rapidly once notified.

RootMax has wide compatibility with organic and mineral fertilizers, composts, and manures, but very high phosphorus at planting and broad‑spectrum soil fungicides in the early rooting phase can suppress colonization. Our usage notes highlight these points, and we provide guidance to help you educate customers on correct rates and timing, minimizing misuse and protecting their results.
